A Russian bombing attack on Ukraine's second city, Kharkiv, resulted in the deaths of at least three people, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy. The assault also left 38 individuals wounded, as reported by Kharkiv mayor Ihor Terekhov. The attack involved the launching of four aerial bombs, causing damage to residential buildings, shops, and public transport stops in the city. Kharkiv's regional governor, Oleh Syniehubov, stated that four of the wounded individuals were in serious condition.
