Lockheed Martin subsidiaries have reached a settlement with the federal government to pay $70 million for overcharging the Navy for aircraft parts. Linda Fairstein, a former Manhattan prosecutor, has reached a settlement with Netflix regarding a defamation lawsuit she filed four years ago. The lawsuit was in response to her portrayal in the streaming service's miniseries about the Central Park Five, a group of Black and Latino teenagers who were wrongfully convicted and later exonerated. Fairstein and Netflix have now resolved the legal dispute.
