A Melbourne physiotherapist, Hany Bebawy, who was accused of sexually assaulting two female patients, has been allowed to return to work under a "gender condition" set by the Physiotherapy Board of Australia. Bebawy, also known as Harry, had been suspended in April after being charged with two counts of sexual assault. Despite denying the allegations, he can now resume his practice with the stipulation that he adheres to the conditions imposed by the regulatory body.
