Meanwhile, the Prime Minister has described the event, which coincides with the anniversary of the October 7 attacks on Israel, as "incredibly provocative."

A 19-year-old woman has been arrested by New South Wales police for allegedly displaying a Hezbollah flag during a pro-Palestine and Lebanon protest in Sydney over the weekend. The police had previously released images of the woman and requested that she come forward to assist with their inquiries regarding the display of prohibited symbols at the public event. On Wednesday, she voluntarily presented herself at the Kogarah police station.
