The father of two triplet babies who were murdered by Lucy Letby has recounted the chaotic atmosphere at the Countess of Chester Hospital during the tragic events. He described how medical staff seemed overwhelmed and appeared to be searching online for guidance on basic medical procedures as his children collapsed. Letby was found to have injected air into the bloodstream of one of the infants, referred to as Child O, and also into his stomach via a nasogastric tube. Additionally, she administered air into the stomach of his brother, known as Child P. The father's testimony highlights the distressing circumstances surrounding the care provided to his children during their time in the hospital.
