Tui, Europe's largest travel company, anticipates a significant increase in annual profits, projecting a rise of at least 25%. This boost is attributed to a surge in bookings for winter vacations to popular sunny destinations, including Egypt, Cape Verde, Thailand, and Mexico. The company also reported a 6% increase in summer sales, driven by a wave of last-minute bookings. Spain, Greece, and Turkey emerged as the top choices for travelers. Since its last update in August, Tui has recorded an additional 1.4 million bookings, bringing the total to 14.7 million for the summer season. The company has nearly sold out its holiday offerings and is slightly ahead of its performance from the previous year.
