A 29-year-old PhD student has been accused of killing one infant she was babysitting for a friend and leaving his twin injured. The student, who is a longtime friend of the family, pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Police are considering reopening an investigation into TV sex therapist Michael Lousada after a civil court ruled in favor of a woman who accused him of raping her during a session.
