Boeing and striking factory workers are set to resume mediated negotiations on Tuesday, following a significant rejection of the company's wage proposal by the workers last week. The union representing the workers, IAM-District 751, announced that discussions will take place with federal mediators from the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) alongside Boeing. The machinists union, which represents over 33,000 members in the Seattle area, shared the update on its website late Saturday. The upcoming talks aim to address the concerns raised by the workers and seek a resolution to the ongoing strike.
