The England and (ECB) has provided a £1.5 million financial boost to all ten tier one counties, emphasizing the importance of gender equality in the sport. -Wild, the ECB's director of the women's professional game, stated that counties hosting professional women's teams will be closely monitored to ensure that this significant investment is being utilized effectively.
